Greetings from Spruce Creek

Spruce creek serves many interests, from the aviation enthusiast to the avid golfer. The Country Club offers golf, tennis, swimming and
social events throughout the year. We are a gated community with 24-hour security guards roaming our private streets.

The community property prices range from the low to mid $100,000's to over 5 million dollars and consist of condos, townhouses, single family homes, golf course estates and taxiway hangar homes. All property owners pay an annual assessment ($950.00 for 2005) to cover security, property manager's staff, common grounds, children's playground, runway and taxiways, etc.

We are located seven miles west of Daytona's beaches and the Atlantic Ocean; an hour drive to the attractions of Orlando, Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center. In February and July, Daytona hosts the NASCAR Nextel Cup Racing at its finest. The Halifax Marina offers an enticing Intra coastal waterfront view. Daytona has recently undergone a very attractive revitalization program and offers several new restaurants along Beach Street.

Spruce Creek is an "Oasis" in the middle of all these activities. While the Airport facility enjoys Citations, Warbirds, Lears, Helicopters and an endless variety of personal airplanes, many of us can be found at the Country Club enjoying the 18 hole golf course or tennis facilities (8 lighted courts - 2 hard/6 clay) or biking/roller blading on the 14 miles of paved taxiways.

Our streets and airport are private and for the use and benefit of residents and guests. When you decide to come for the "grand tour" of Spruce Creek I'll make arrangements for you to fly into our Airport or if you're traveling by automobile I'll meet you at our Security Gate. If you should decide to drive from the Miami area allow 4 1/2 hours for travel; from Orlando 1 hour; or 15 minutes from Daytona International Airport. Take the Port Orange exit on Interstate 95, the go wes about 2.3 miles. The Gate House will be on your left as you enter. Please be sure to ask for Jewel Blackwell & Spruce Creek Premier Homes, Inc.
